Six stages, in order
Each stage produces something concrete. Nothing moves forward until the previous stage is settled.

Packaging
Packaging customisation
Retailing an injectable product means the packaging has to satisfy two audiences at once: your brand identity and your market’s labelling requirements. We work on both together.
- Primary carton and secondary retail box
- Product label with concentration and volume fields
- Patient-facing leaflet and instructions
- Tamper-evident features
- Batch and expiry printing
Documentation
What documentation you receive
Documentation is the part of OEM most often left vague. Here is what is actually available and what remains your importer’s responsibility.
- GB/T 42061-2022 — Shandong Zhongyuanlianke Biologicalengineering Group Co. Ltd 04725Q10000111
- GB/T 19001-2016 — Shandong Zhongyuanlianke Biologicalengineering Group Co. Ltd 04725Q10111R1S
- Technical specification sheet — composition, concentration, volume, packaging and shelf life for the selected product
- Air transport classification documentation — available for hyaluronic acid gel, provided on request
Product registration and market authorisation are separate from quality management system certification and follow each market’s local pathway.

Buyer questions
OEM FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity for private label?
MOQ depends on the specific formulation, packaging configuration and artwork complexity. Because these vary per project, we confirm the applicable MOQ at the requirement review stage rather than publishing a single blanket figure.
Which packaging components can be customised?
Logo, retail box, label, leaflet and blister paper can all be customised, along with scale stickers and additional printed materials where applicable.
How long does OEM production take?
Lead time depends on whether stock product or a custom configuration is required, and on the artwork approval cycle. A concrete schedule is provided with the quotation.
Do you provide documentation for market registration?
We provide technical specification sheets and the quality management documentation that has been issued. Registration itself follows each market’s local pathway and is normally handled by your importer or appointed agent.
Can you support a distributor launching a full range?
Yes. Distributor support includes portfolio selection across categories, so you can build a coherent range rather than sourcing individual products independently.
